What will it cost?
We understand that cost transparency is important for your decision. That's why we always inform you of the expected costs during the initial consultation.
Agreement of a fixed hourly rate
Billing on the basis of a fixed hourly rate can make sense if you have a continuous need for advice. The amount of the hourly rate depends on the scope and difficulty of the legal matter. It is usually between EUR 250.00 and EUR 310.00. Expenses, travelling costs and statutory VAT are added to this. Flat rates based on the corresponding hourly rate are also possible.
Your external legal department
We also offer to act as your external legal department. This offer is aimed in particular at small and medium-sized companies that either do not have a permanent legal department or only require project-related support.
